Adds headers and tails to the transmitted packets, roughly modelling the overhead of the lower layer protocols.

Enveloper::Enveloper (  unsigned int  bOh  )

Creates an envelope in which the data is wrapped before transmission. Parameters: bOh  bit overhead, i.e. number of overhead bits that increase packet size. It should be an integer number of octets
